The BAM Ecosystem

Three entities.
One mission.

BAM is not a single company. It is a circular ecosystem of three entities working together — a for-profit engine, a charity arm, and a facilitator co-op. Each feeds the others. None subsidizes another.

The Structure

The three entities.

Each entity has its own legal structure, its own board, and its own mission. Together, they form a self-sustaining ecosystem where every dollar serves two purposes: revenue and impact.

For-Profit
Karma Strategic Intelligence Inc.

The Engine

The for-profit arm handles all revenue-generating activity. It funds the ecosystem through paid services, products, and licensing.

  • Media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Products (Anchor Stones, Moss Jars, Terrariums)
  • Services (consultations, in-home setups)
  • Expos (vendor-funded events)
  • B2B Licensing (white-label curriculum)
  • Certified Facilitator Program
Charity
Biophilic Anchor Foundation (in progress)

The Mission

The charity arm runs free programs for vulnerable populations. It is funded by grants, donations, and corporate gifts — never by the for-profit.

  • Free ecosystems for recovery programs
  • Free Anchor Stones for clinical pilots
  • Free workshops for seniors and youth
  • Library lending program
  • Research and evaluation (GAD-7)
Co-op
BAM Certified Facilitators Co-op

The Network

The co-op is the distribution layer. Every certified facilitator is a licensed operator in their own territory, sharing marketing, insurance, and peer support.

  • Territory licensing
  • Shared marketing assets
  • Group insurance rates
  • Peer support forum
  • Closed-loop supply chain
How It Works

The circular economy.

Every part of BAM feeds another part. The for-profit generates revenue. The revenue funds the charity and the co-op. The charity earns credibility and grants. The co-op delivers the method at scale.

1. For-Profit Generates Revenue

Products, services, expos, and licensing create cash flow. This is the engine.

2. Revenue Funds the Mission

A portion of for-profit revenue funds free programs. Grant funding accelerates the charity arm.

3. Charity Earns Credibility

Clinical pilots and free programs produce data, white papers, and trust with grant officers.

4. Co-op Delivers at Scale

Certified facilitators expand the method into new territories. They pay licensing back to the for-profit.

Why this matters: Most wellness companies are either for-profit or non-profit. BAM is both. This hybrid structure creates financial resilience, social impact, and scalability — without compromising either mission.
