BAM is a bootstrapped wellness infrastructure company. We do not seek equity investment. We are looking for non-dilutive grants, in-kind partnerships, and clinical pilot opportunities.

BAM reaches operational break-even at Month 10 with $0 upfront capital. Costs stay low because we use a zero-cost supply chain (local stone yards, foraged materials) and pre-sell expo tables to fund events upfront.
Year 3 projections show $71,000 in revenue and $56,000 in net profit — funding the charity arm's first clinical programs. The model is deliberately capital-efficient: media builds awareness, community builds recurring revenue, and expos provide the large cash injections that fund everything else.
By Year 5, the Certified Facilitator Program represents approximately $504,000 in annual recurring licensing revenue. That is the scale story.

BAM sits at the meeting point of three large and growing markets. None of them have a structural, bio-architectural solution today.
Mental wellness, preventive health, and corporate wellness are the fastest-growing parts. Employers and consumers are looking for options that don't involve pills.
Slow-growth and price-competitive. We don't compete here — we use it as our supply chain. Our real market is wellness.
Companies are actively looking for measurable, low-cost ways to reduce strain and turnover. BAM installs as a workspace asset.
BAM is not a product company. It is a method company with a platform layer. Six revenue engines work together — media builds awareness, community builds recurring revenue, events provide large cash payments, products carry 80–97% margins, services add high-ticket engagements, and licensing compounds into annual recurring revenue.
Calm, faceless documentary videos on YouTube. Builds trust, authority, and audience.
Free and paid membership tiers on Discord and Circle. Weekly wins, accountability partners, live Q&As, and a blueprint library.
Vendor-funded Biophilic Expos at private venues. Pre-sold tables cover all upfront costs.
Anchor Stones, Desktop Sanctuary Jars, Marimo Kits, and Hardscape Bundles. Margins of 80–97%.
Consultations, tank setups, setup reviews, breeder features, and certified facilitator training.
White-label BAM curriculum for corporate wellness programs, recovery centres, and clinical partners.
All projections are in CAD and intentionally conservative. The model assumes no outside capital, no additional hires before revenue supports them, and no revenue from partnerships until Year 2.

BAM grows through certification, not hiring. Each graduate becomes a licensed operator in their own territory, sourcing from our closed-loop network, delivering the same method, and paying ongoing licensing.
4-week intensive. Four phases: Clinical Foundation, Biological Architecture, Operational Logistics, Capstone Deployment. Every candidate completes one paid client engagement under supervision before certification.
$2,500 certification tuition. $300/month ongoing regional licensing. Optional territory exclusivity at $15K–$50K. All fees are paid by the facilitator, not BAM.
140 certified facilitators across Canada and the US. At $300/month each, that is $504,000 annual recurring revenue — separate from products, services, and expos.
Bootstrapped through pre-sold expo tables and paid services. Break-even is projected at Month 10. The charity arm is set up by Month 12.
YouTube launch, Discord community, first 6 episodes, trademark filing, corporate structure set up.
Paid tier launch, first 10 breeder/store features, Anchor Stone product line, first grants submitted.
Expo #1 hosted (net about $5,800), charity incorporated, first clinical pilot with a community partner.
Expo #2, Certified Facilitator program, white-label B2B licensing, 20+ episodes, $25K+ cumulative revenue.
Working to bring the BAM method and intake questionnaire into academic wellness centres, recovery programs, and corporate load-reduction programs.
Connecting our hybrid hardware/wellness model to regional early-stage funding and non-dilutive grants (Starter Company Plus, Ontario Trillium Foundation).
Testing the commercial licensing model to confirm it can scale globally as a method. Trademarks filed for "Biophilic Anchor" and "BAM."
Building the structure with three parts: KSI Inc. (for-profit), Biophilic Anchor Foundation (charity), and the BAM Certified Facilitators Co-op.
YouTube channel, trailer, and first 5 episodes are scripted and storyboarded. The calm, faceless documentary format is designed for long-term search traffic.
Discord server is built. Free and paid tiers are designed. Weekly win loop, accountability pairs, and blueprint library are ready for the first members.

Operating a system at the intersection of behavioral science and biophilic design, she brings grounded claims, clean language, and rigid operational discipline to the wellness industry.
Her background bridges three disciplines: forensic intelligence, non-verbal behavioural mapping, and spatial ecosystem engineering. BAM was built at the intersection. She spent years studying how caring for animals — from fish to snakes — helped her settle her own nervous system during her own recovery. She turned that experience into a structured protocol.
She is a single mother, a full-time student, and a mission-driven entrepreneur.
These are the questions that come up in every serious conversation. Answers are here so you can pre-screen us before reaching out.
Three reasons. Forensic intelligence training lets me see hidden structures in complex systems — that is how I designed the Somatic Element Index and the BAM protocol. An Addictions diploma and NLP Master certification mean I understand how habits form and how to interrupt loops without clinical jargon. And lived experience: I rebuilt my own nervous system after addiction using the exact method I now teach. I did not read this in a textbook. I lived it.
Right now, yes. But not for long. The Certified Facilitator Program is how we scale without hiring. Facilitators operate as independent licensees. A VA handles social media from Month 4. A video editor takes over editing from Month 7. By Year 2, the business runs on a founder + contractors + licensees structure, not employees.
That is the right question. The honest answer: if I am the only one who can deliver BAM, the business has no future. That is exactly why we designed the Certified Facilitator Program from day one. By Month 18, we aim to have ten licensed facilitators operating independently. If I step back for a month, the business continues. The Ethics Charter and clinical supervision structure ensure quality holds even when I am not in the room.
Closed-loop, ethically sourced. Limestone and slate are collected from local landscape yards as broken fragments (often free). Driftwood is foraged from beaches and forests with permission. Leaf litter is sterilized from clean public parks. Live animals come from a small, vetted network of captive breeders. We do not work with wild-caught specimens or mass-breeding facilities. We maintain three vetted breeders for every targeted genetic line.
No. We are a peer-supported wellness practice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Every video, product, consultation, and page includes a clear Wellness Disclaimer. Our Ethics Charter is public. We do not interview people in active addiction or crisis. Every clinical pilot is conducted in partnership with licensed providers, never as a standalone intervention. This keeps us outside the rules that apply to licensed medical practice.
Commercial General Liability ($2M–$5M), an Exotic Wildlife Exhibition Rider for expos, and Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions). Home-based business liability is added once we do more than 10 on-site tank setups per year. Every vendor at every BAM expo signs a hold-harmless agreement assuming full liability for their own animals.
The framework is built on published research: Attention Restoration Theory (Kaplan), biophilia (Wilson), tactile grounding (Kappes & Morewedge), and perceptual revision (Doidge, Beck). Our own clinical pilot with a community partner is underway. Pre- and post-anxiety data are being collected using the GAD-7 scale. A white paper will be published within 12 months of the pilot's completion.
$0 in equity. We are bootstrapped. We are seeking non-dilutive grants to accelerate: Starter Company Plus ($5,000) for product development and marketing, Ontario Trillium Foundation ($10K–$25K) for clinical pilot expansion, and Canada Summer Jobs (wage subsidy) for a student expos assistant. Total grant target: $40,000 over 24 months.
Three layers. First, proprietary terminology (trademarked). Second, our Anchor Club community creates social lock-in through accountability partners and streak tracking. Third, the Certified Facilitator network becomes a distribution moat — once facilitators are licensed and operating, competitors cannot easily replace them. And finally, our zero-cost supply chain means competitors cannot match our pricing.
Three options. (1) Acquisition by a large wellness or pet company entering the bio-architecture space (PetSmart, Chewy, Mars Petcare). (2) Acquisition by a corporate wellness provider seeking physical hardware (LifeSpeak, CoreHealth). (3) Independent operation as a profitable, founder-owned business with a charity arm. We are building for option 3 — with options 1 and 2 as upside.
They cannot copy the method because the method requires trust, community, and clinical credibility — not the resources they have. If a large player wants to enter the category, the fastest path is to license our method. That is exactly what our B2B licensing arm is designed for. We would rather supply the category than fight for it.
