Own your territory. Deliver the method. Join the co-op. BAM grows through certification, not hiring. Each graduate becomes a licensed operator in their own territory, sourcing from our closed-loop network and delivering the same method.
You don't need to be a therapist to deliver BAM. You need to be a trained, ethical facilitator. Once certified, you operate in your own territory, keep the majority of the revenue, and become part of a national network.
You are not an employee. You are a licensee. You set your own hours, run your own consultations, and deliver installations in your exclusive territory. BAM provides the brand, the method, the supply chain, and the legal backing.
You don't need to source animals or materials. We provide a vetted network of captive breeders and ethical suppliers. You order through the co-op, and the materials arrive at your door. No inventory risk.
Our certification is a 4-week intensive program. Every candidate completes one paid client engagement under supervision before certification is granted.
Understanding the nervous system, the 14 senses, Attention Restoration Theory, ethics, and the screening questionnaire.
Building the ecosystems. Moss jars, bioactive terrariums, animal husbandry (springtails, isopods), and closed-loop sourcing.
Client intake, pricing strategies, legal waivers, insurance requirements, and how to run a local workshop.
You complete one paid client engagement under the supervision of a BAM master facilitator. We review your work and certify you.
Every facilitator is part of the BAM Certified Facilitators Co-op. You get shared marketing, group insurance rates, peer support, and a pipeline of clients from our national media engine.
Our YouTube channel, Instagram, and LinkedIn build national brand awareness. When someone in your territory searches for BAM, they find you.
We negotiate group rates for Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability. You get coverage at a fraction of the cost of buying it alone.
A private facilitator-only forum. Share challenges, troubleshoot ecosystems, and get advice from other licensees who are doing the work.
We are currently accepting applications for the next BAM Certified Facilitator cohort. If you are an ethical, driven individual who wants to build a business around nervous system regulation, we want to hear from you.
